This is a question Little Victories

I recently received a £2 voucher from a supermarket after complaining vociferously about the poor quality of their own-brand Rich Tea biscuits, which I spent on more tasty, tasty biscuits. Tell us about your trivial victories that have made life a tiny bit better.

Hahahaha yay!
My mate had similar with his son, who came home from school one day with only one shoe. My mate took him over the coals about it "You don't just lose' one shoe - that's why you tie them together when you take them off rah rah rah you don't just 'lose' a shoe ..."

That evening when they went to the cinema my mate lost his hat, and his son responded, "Dad, you don't just 'lose' a hat ... "

He said the combination of pride and embarassment is something only parents will understand.

Personally I just think his son won.
