Local NuttersEverywhere in the world has its fair share of deranged people. I grew up in Wolverhampton and remember the Polish tramp who lived in a tent on the roundabout. Legend had it that his coat was stuffed with cash. More recently I notice the guy who spends his day pushing a trolley round Camden Sainsburys shouting, "Best of luck!". Constantly. Down my street...is a family that have 45 cats. The son spends every day standing around being unwashed. The 'lady of the house' has the longest fingernails in Britain. This means she probably can't use toilet roll. they fill up the street with smelly old caravans with flat tyres and the council send a skip round twice a year and fill it up with rubbish from their home.
Sorry this post isn't funny but neither are they.
