My father will regularly walk purposefully into a room
Stand in the middle of it for a moment, say "No" firmly, and then wander out.

Are you a guy or a girl?
If you're a guy then going a bit grey at that age can be hot. As long as your hair is not both shoulder length and originally black, in which case you need the just for men or a number 2.
