Oh you dear sausage...I suffer from similar, except I get full on tonic clonic seizures without warning. Scares the hell out of my poor colleagues when it happens in the office. Had a particularly nasty one on thursday :(

I'm not sure that severe epilepsy has much in common with a panic attack, but thank you anyway.
I feel for you though, it must be terrible.
