losing it
sounds roughly similar to what happened to me,in the end i went to the docs,mri,eeg,other tests later turned out to be a form of epilepsy.not trying to over dramatise it it,but if it worries you that much,it's worth getting checked.hope this helps

It's good to know that these things exist, if it gets worse and starts to impact my daily life I will seek help, but at the moment it is just an oddity that I live with, I worry it might get worse. What happened with your epilepsy in the end? Are you taking anything to control it? Did it develop into anything more debilitating?
