require a lot less if you stick em up yer arse. Not an easy trick to pull off in public though. Crush, dissolve in warm water, put in one of those kiddie medicine syringes (no needle obviously), grease up and slam it in. Lie still for 20 minutes. Make sure you have a poo first cos otherwise the turds will steal your chemicals.

Freebases may require some acidic help to dissolve.
