Last yearI saw Grandaddy play at the Rescuerooms in Nottingham and wound up talking to the lads from Hope of the States (who were supporting) at the bar before the gig. Afterwards, Jimmy (the guitarist) gave me his setlist, which I duely blu-tacked to my wall. A month later, he hung himself in their recording studio.
