Obscure MemorabiliaAt home my other half has a broken piece of a piano. Just a single hammer from a broken piano. And yet this twisted bit of wood and metal is a piece from the piano that they flung in the TV series Northern Exposure. We've also got some gardening tools from the first series of Big Brother.

I went to some corking fireworks last nightthey were totally dodgy, and this inebriated bloke staggered around with a handful of rather meaty rockets lighting stuff about 10 feet from the small crowd at roughly midnight.
Needless to say it was a reet laff. The huge shrieking flying spinny thing send huge rapid fire flying spinny things at us - although amazingly no-one was hurt, and the finale rocket was jammed too hard into the ground, and never took off. So it did it's big pouff all over us.
I now have a small cardboard tube that was the flying spinny thing of death that hit and slightly scarred a building that features in the domesday book. Its not very impressive though.
