But these people think and act differently, they are all from another culture which is very different to the English speaking ones. They explain it thus; the only reason they don't rat on each other at work is because they think the management will be angry with them for reporting it, y'know, shooting the messenger. It seems that is exactly what happens in their culture. Once they realise that they can grass up a twat who's putting their jobs or safety at risk and they don't suffer for it, then we all win. And I really like these guys, I'd choose them over just about any Brit, Canadian or Merkin and they know it.
