A friend had wierd banging noises in his house for months and was deeply, deeply worried that it was the result of getting drunk and attempting to summon the devil.*

* it turned out to be a tramp living in his attic (no, really). Also, -5 points for rubbish Star Wars jokes

Taplow HospitalFor those in the maidenhead area, you may or may not know of the Taplow Canadian Red Cross Memorial Hospital, or CRXMH as some people call it.
An old hospital , with untill not so long ago had the longest enclosed corridor in england, unconfirmed, and unmeasured, but the light at the end of the corridor was tiny, i would estimate somewhere form 300 to 400 meters. Anyway, in 1985, they all got up and left, leaving everything. Tables, chairs, beds, cars, patient notes, blood vials, everything was left the same. Sadly the usual maidenhead/slough scum checked the place out and trashed it, but over the years it became a regualr haloween midnight jaunt. Very freaky, apparently hayunted, by a rush of wind that will sweep everything down, i will attach a photo when i get hom, extremely starnge place to be.
If your in the area, it's next to Cliveden National Trust House, it's going to have houses built on it, go and see what you think, before it's completely knocked down.
