MisunderstoodMy other half rang a courier today to get a disc sent over to a client. The courier company asked what it was she was sending. "A computer disc", she said.
Half an hour later, 3 blokes in a van turned up. They looked a little disappointed to be handed a floppy disc: they were all prepared to shift a computer desk across London.
Have you been utterly misunderstood recently?

When i went to peru,I was quite looking forward to my stay in Arequipa, apparently famed for its incredible beauty. it sounded like a lovely place.
imagine my surprise when i got there:
the phrase "a beautiful city," in the guidebooks was obivously actually supposed to mean "one big red light district where everybody either wants to sell you knives or steal your knives."
the main square was nice though.
