Could well be. All I know is, i knew what that room would look like as soon as I touched the handle and before I opened it. Even down to it being a small wooden chair.
The only thing I didn't get was the slight floral print on the wallpaper but the general colour was the same.
More a freaked me out story than a ghost one I guess. Mainly because I didn't have time to type out the big ghost story!

That's the thing with deja vu. Because of how it affects your memory, you remember knowing what the room was like before you touched the handle, because your brain rewrote your memory of waiting to touch the handle after you'd gone into the room.
