I don't think that's anything to do with having kids.The Daniel Pelka case is just the latest Victoria Kolumbie/Baby P case to hit the headlines.
Some people are, sadly, just scum.
Some in-law on Facebook posted an RIP pic of him, and reading the discussion was just like reading "From The Messageboards" in Private Eye. Which was equally depressing.
Still - for now, there is still always drink.
