My Mum.....used to make wedding cakes. Rich fruit (with a bottle of brandy in it), royal icing on top and made very good (bloody realistic) icing flowers for them too. Whilst helping her out one day, making said rich fruit mix, I had a Cafe del Mar CD blaring out in the kitchen -"I like this type of music", says she whilst dancing around the kitchen. Most surreal. Miss you Mum.
