NeighboursI used to live next door to a pair of elderly naturists, only finding out about their hobby when they bade me a cheerful, saggy 'Hello' while I was 25 feet up a ladder repairing the chimney. Luckily, a bush broke my fall, but the memory of a fat, naked man in an ill-fitting wig will live with me forever.

I Cant Say No To MentalsI had a next door neighbour George who has sadly passed on recently, his brilliant skill was always lending me DVD's I had no intention of ever watching.
Example, I'd kick a football into his garden and when I'd knock on his door to retrieve it he'd ignore my lost ball and instead tell me I MUST watch his latest favourite film and it would always be something random and possibly arty.
I still have his copy of "The Cook, The Thief, His Wife And Her Lover" in my dvd collection and have never watched it and dont intend to, to keep George's memory alive - marvellous.
