Winnipeg...can be a lot worse, believe it or not. It was minus 64 with the windchill factored in the last time i was there. how in the fuck anyone survives that, i'll never know. toronto's great though. gaz me if you need any tips on places to drink/eat or wanna grab a pint in toronto some time. where/when are you going to be moving?
