BuggerIt seems like you can't really trust any institution these days. I'd like to think that I'd never get myself into a similar situation but I'm probably far too trusting and tend to lose receipts as I don't think I'll ever need them them.

yeah - it turned my house into the 'before' in the 'how clean is your house' programs cos it's now covered in receipts and invoices and bills for everything peanut i've ever bought in my whole life (well - not my whole life - since when the abbey national pinched my money...)
