I once did something quite similar to the zipper scene in There's Something About Mary.I zipped up rather hastily and managed to grind the underside of my cock into the metal teeth for a good half-inch. Oh, I yelped.
Unzipping was quick, and despite some bleeding, the only damage I suffered was a couple of weeks with perfect zip-teeth cuts on my cock.
It could have been a lot worse.
