I'm glad nobody saw me
Have you ever done something, realised how stupid or embarrassing it was and then looked about to see if anyone watching? Did you get away with it?

Mersey View......
My lord. Not been up there for ages. We used to book our 6th form parties up there under the guise of it being a 21st party. As I looked the oldest I had 3 21st parties up there over 2 years whilst always being under 18. At the last one none of the bar staff would believe that the other people were over 21 so no-one got served, other than me because it was my party and I was clearly over 21! I spent the whole night getting pissed with the guy who ran the place slagging off the kids of today.
Another time, mid 90's, smashed, I was having a conversation with this Yank who was trying to convince me he was from the Bronx. I took real exception to this blatent lie and set about ruining his buzz by telling him a tall tale of how I once saw my Dad kill a man. He ran off and left the club after I had bent his ear for an hour.
