Lately I slipped over in sweat during a taekwon-do sparring session.Not only did I turn out to incur a much worse bruise than I'd expected from the fall, but the side-effects from my yellow fever vaccination have just kicked in, so, in total, I feel like i've been sat on by a horse with a javelin sticking out of its arse.
