Perhaps if you'd used a proper hosting company the site wouldn't be down every 6 seconds, and you'd have had chance to make your own backups and learn how to code?
I could have the wrong end of the stick but it sounds almost like the equivalent of recommending mechanics who regularly forget to put oil in the engine, leading to huge expense for the company, because on the occasions where you damage the boss's car by being a twat they cover for you.
