There's lots of old stuff that I still now how to do.

Eat, breath, walk, talk, count, write, read, drive, ride a bike, swim, tie my shoelaces, sleep, dress myself, clean my teeth, use a toilet (both standing up AND sitting down), throw a ball, masturbate, shave, draw, stack things on top of one another, tell the difference between different human faces, make a phone call...

If you don't like it you could always not take part for a week, rather than thump your misgivings through your keyboard.

I recently learned how to tie my shoelaces the right way
Apparently the vast majority of us have been doing it wrong for some time. My laces pretty much never come undone now, no double knots needed. I have spread the word and most people are dubious then confused then amazed. This could just mean that I only know idiots of course but I am hopeful it doesn't.

that I relearnt how to tie my shoelaces differently about 5 years ago and now they never come undone either, so yeah, i'd been doing it wrong for 32 years.
