i dont watch it but on radio four and radio scotland this morning they had features discussing whether john sargeant's continued sucess on the show is making a mockery of the competition .

I'd love nothing more to see some 87 year old semi concious, incontenant old biddy warbling her way through Genie in a Bottle and winning X Factor. That way all these fucking awful talent shows will die.
