My collection of antique Danish literatureI'd leave to one of my German friends who I believe secretly hates Danes because we're so much more relaxed than Germans, but at the same time not as relaxed as the schmokin' Dutch.
Other than that -- a house full of musical instruments (may contain some exaggeration) so that people can play them and enjoy themselves.
Assuming that my bucket-kicking(?) is not a sudden event I would leave money with a bar / restaurant so my friends could get nicely drunk at my send-off.
