my nanna..One day when a 'silver chain' woman (nurse lady) was removing stitches form my mothers arm,my nanna was over. the Silver chain lady said " There, all you need now is a bit of TLC" to which my nanna commented " Yes, everybody needs a bit of ESP" .
Yes we do, to work out what is going on in her head.
