It's nothing to do with fucking the rules or anything, it's just to do with not giving a shit. No-one is who they say they are at work. Some people see the need to hide it, but the employers know everyone has something to hide. Me? Well, I don't see the point. Better to be open about it than to have them find out when you're hopes are set on that shiny new promotion.
