That's trueI should have clarified the advice by adding, this is most effective if the person you are yelling at is a scrawny twunt in an ill fitting suit, and you're a fairly well built bloke with a really pissed off look on your face.
It would also probably be bad against a large group of chavs who look like they might be carrying knives.
