Re torrentsI'm just guessing, but if you don't have a demonoid account, you could just get someone to attatch their .torrent file and e-mail it to you. If you have a client (such as Azureus/Vuze) that implements DHT, you might be able to connect to peers even if the tracker does not let you connect.
