Ouch!A friend was once given a biopsy by a sleep-deprived junior doctor.
They needed a sample of his colon, so inserted the long bendy jaws-on-the-end thingy, located the suspect area and... he shot through the ceiling. Doctor had forgotten to administer any anaesthetic.

Being a blindo contact lens wearer(in the eye that still works) with severe retinal, corneal and pressure problems I have had a lot of very unpleasant things done to my eyes over the years. But none quite as nasty sounding as that. Reading that made my eyes genuinely water ! Click.
