Ouch!A friend was once given a biopsy by a sleep-deprived junior doctor.
They needed a sample of his colon, so inserted the long bendy jaws-on-the-end thingy, located the suspect area and... he shot through the ceiling. Doctor had forgotten to administer any anaesthetic.

Yeah, the nice Aussielady doctor at A&E was not impressed when I described the situation in my pissed up state as by then I was exhausted and barely coherent. One of those occasions when the truth is less believable than most other explanations you could think of.
