Ouch!A friend was once given a biopsy by a sleep-deprived junior doctor.
They needed a sample of his colon, so inserted the long bendy jaws-on-the-end thingy, located the suspect area and... he shot through the ceiling. Doctor had forgotten to administer any anaesthetic.

change the brandbuy shoes from brands that specifically cater to comfort. things like clarks (NOT indigo), bórn, aerosoles, and naturalizer. heck, i have a pair of steve madden platform wedges that are INCREDIBLY comfortable. they're more expensive but in terms of comfort, definitely worth it.
