Ouch!
A friend was once given a biopsy by a sleep-deprived junior doctor.
They needed a sample of his colon, so inserted the long bendy jaws-on-the-end thingy, located the suspect area and... he shot through the ceiling. Doctor had forgotten to administer any anaesthetic.
What was your ouchiest moment?

Thanks for the memories!
Had the same thing... 3 times!
First time it was quite deep, and seeped some horrible smelling fluid for a couple of years, before it became quite painful and had to deal with it. (Was back working within a couple of weeks)
Second time, the damn thing returned and spent ages off work - the nurses really looked after me though, and thought that it had been dealt with....
That is until one unsuspecting night, I work up with a terrible pain. The damn thing had swelled up overnight and I could hardly move with the pain. Fortunately took the day off work as I recognised the symptoms, and as my behind throbbed and throbbed, it burst by it's own accord. The smell was something that turns my stomach just thinking about it. (Imagine the festering rotting contents of a zit the size of two pence piece).
I'm pretty certain that it's come back, but since it doesn't hurt, I'm going to leave it well alone - can't really afford another two months off work.
