getting signed off again, I reckon.
but if I can get my head together I might do some care work or volunteer somewhere. or, I might sit in the dark crying for the whole of the summer. we shall see.

fair point, dr toucan. am seeing a psychologist on Friday to see how to best deal with my own particular brand of mental.
apparently I can expect to be in therapy for the long haul. ugh.

I managed to get to the appointment: ergo I was fit for work. I didn't even start looking for another year, that's how well I was.

I am terrified of ATOS but I have enough points on physical health without my mentalness.
