Cross Country RunningEvery year we were taken one one day to the park, often in the rain, and made to run around it. We started in the parking lot, which was protected by a series of concrete bollards/posts. Out of the 60 people in the class, 26 of them chose to run bollock-first into a post rather than try to run 3 miles. That was the last year we did cross-country.
