we adopted a cat from a friend, his name is bramble.They found him stuck in the middle of a bramble bush. he had got his long hair caught in the branches and couldn't get out. He must have been there for a good day or two, as he had been eating the brambles. moral of the story: never allow cats to eat brambles, they end up pissing ribena-coloured wee.
