back when we had catswe always like to see if we could really screw them up by giving them crap names.
it worked once, my mom used to have a cat that had been orphaned, and then raised by a dog. they called it spot. it used to go around trying to bark (merowf), and at one point her husband trained it to ring doorbells so they would know when to let it in, so it would ring peoples door bells and go nosing around their houses.
