Ha ha haI remember being in Bath watching two coppers following a couple of lads down the street that were clearly pissed. The two lads came across a pile of bin bags from a shop out for the collectors and proceeded to rip them open and have a good old laugh throwing all the shit about.
In the meantime I was enjoying watching the coppers chuckling away watching this before tapping the lads on the shoulders and making them litter pick it all back up again very sheepishly....
