Do tell.

Having read quite a few of these,
a common thread appears to be that some police don't appear to consider pursuing small scale cannabis possession to be a worthwhile use of their time - almost as if they'd like to see a measure of decriminalisation. But of course they just enforce the law, they don't make it.

Well - here in Mordor they did decriminalise it for ten minutes as a test.
The area?
Brixton.
As opposed to Hampstead, obviously.
FFS.
Now no one's really quite sure whether or not it is legal, illegal, or decriminalised, or what.

When I was a student, one of the main weed dealers was a policewoman

His boss might.
Assume we're only talking personal use, but would still imagine they have systems in place to prevent this sort of thing. Having said that, I fly into a northern airport several times a year, and last saw Customs there about 5+ years ago.
