I've got one of those too...I bought it in HK, but decided not to give it to anyone, as it didn't really work. You have to wind it every hour or so!

Under no circumstances,,,,drop it.
I had one, and just as I was about to hand it over to have a new strap fitted (my lard-arse wrists being larger than the average oriental) it fell on the floor, never to work again.
