And their flesh would be lower in saturated fats, too.
Like pigs, and unlike cattle, humans do not naturally produce saturated fat internally. We only get it from our diet. Of our meat animals, only cattle, sheep and goats do produce it.
Meats that are touted as "naturally low in saturated fats" (e.g. venison, kangaroo) are basically just not fed with any dairy produce or by-products. If you don't feed such stuff to pigs, they will be, too.
But most veggies eat lots of dairy produce. Vegans would make for a much healthier snack. Though they'd only be a snack, as there's not much meat on 'em.
