Whether or not that theory is trueI think it should be pointed out to all those who do wander round with their jeans round their knees. I think they'd pull them up pretty sharpish...

I heard this theory from my 60+ year old aunt...It sounds plausible, but so do all of the other theories.
The conclusion to take from all this, is that peopl who wear their trousers so low, are probably poor, and probably gay.
