Here's a crap giftA few years ago my mom noticed that my dad would always be looking at this neat looking polished rock at the museum and smiling. So she got it for him for his birthday. He opened up the present and laughed his ass off. The "rock" was a coprolite. Coprolite is a scientific name for the fossilized excrement, feces or droppings of ancient animals. Mom didn't know that that was what it was, but I still think it was hilarious.
