Actually
Pretty soon everything is going to collapse under the collective weight of utter bullshit that's been spun. We're hemorrhaging pissed-off customers and losing our revenue stream at a rate of knots. Everyone with half an ounce of sense is getting the hell out of here.
And the sales guys are able to claim they were able to bring massive contracts on board while our manager is making excuses instead of standing up for us all and saying that sales promised about fifty million dollars of services more than we were able to provide without losses.
On the positive side I've got a couple jobby type prospects. We'll see how that pans out

.....I believe it's called Capitalism!
On a serious note, I try to do things properly. A good sales person leaves a trail of destruction behind them, a great one leave no trace.
