Someone here wrote an open letter to the banks that have been nationalised informing them they'd gone over their overdraft limit and as such owed each tax payer hundreds of pounds hahahahaha

considering the best interests of their clients is to make a fuckload of money
and that that matches perfectly with the best interests of the bank itself, I'd suggest that banks are the only industry in the world that expends every joule of energy it has on giving the customer what it wants.
