I have totally opposing views on this matter
On one hand I think people who give out the parking tickets ought to be out more often and hand out more fines.

But people on trains who dole out the penalty fares piss me off.

The reason for this completely ridiculous stance is that on trains you mainly get trains guards who will often sell you a ticket, but sometimes they are a "fare revenue officer" or whatever it is they call themselves, and they will only issue fines. Of course, they will only only issue these fines to students or people dressed in a scruffy manner. If you're wearing a suit then they'll still sell you a tickets. Cunts.
