I've attended many road accidents where a passing doctor has self righteously let all and sundry know that "I'm a doctor - let me through". Only to then find they are unable to cope with the challenges and stresses of controlling a life threatening injury/trauma in a crushed vehicle whilst at the same time getting IV access in the dark and consoling one of the injured (who is still entrapped upside down) over the mangled or headless corpse of their best mate/dad/mum/etc in the seat next to them and being screamed at by some fuckwit who did a first aid course ten years ago - of course all of this whilst being filmed by the local media.

No, I never wanted to be a doctor and I'm definately not sexy - even with a few uniform buttons undone.
