I hate them too
Especially because they _don't_ make me work hard. Sessions with a trainer tend to end up being my lazy rest day. Just because I'm not stick thin does not mean I'm a completely unfit couch potato! I'm much stronger and fitter than I look and if they took the time to actually assess me like they always promise to do (but never actually do) and to put some thought into their program (rather than just giving me the standard "unfit fat girl" program) then they might actually be useful, but every single one of them does the same thing. Lazy bastards.
