I get these people every dayAnd I usually avoid them but a couple of weeks ago one of them cornered me with the usual patter and so I said "look, I work here ..." and was about to have a bit of a rant but I didn't need to. Immediately she stopped, smiled brightly and said "oh, you must get this day in day out" and waved me on my way.
It was amazing.
