TV Salesmen
I went into Curry's the other day, and the bloke would not stop trying to flog me a 3D TV.

I only went in for a 9v battery.

However, I have to admit it, it did look real. Liverpool were playing a friendly.

I went to pay and my wallet was missing.



...ok, ok. it was shite, but something has to stem the torrent of puns.

3D tellies cost too much and there is no content
Saw a 3D tv in currys too. Can't say I was hugely impressed. It did what it said but I don't see myself being amused by watching Monsters vs Aliens for the 50th time.

In a few years from now EVERY non-budget telly will have a 3D option. I don't see why anyone would give a crap about them right now. There is nothing to watch on them anyway and the tech is only going to improve and get cheaper. 3D isn't that hard to implement in a telly anyway (you need something which flicks between left & right image and emits something to the glasses to do the same) so the 200% markup is seriously taking the piss. Let some other fool have the bragging rights to their expensive v0.99 beta implementation of 3D - I'll wait.
