Where to start...At the top of the slide at the local playing fields, front of a VW pick up truck (bit cramped), in a jacuzzi in Barbados, on a golf course, in the back of a Vauxhall Astra, in the front of a VW Golf, in a cattle shed (empty at the time) with someone wearing only a pair of golfing shoes(?!), work car park, very well known airport 'Express' train, restaurant toilets somewhere in south London... Am sure I will think of others.
